Cloning an Email Campaign

You can use an existing email campaign as a template to build a new campaign.

How It Works

1. To create email campaigns for your shortlisted candidates, navigate over to the campaign tab and select Assign a Campaign. Click the name of the email campaign you wish to clone.
   
   
   
   

2. A pop-up will appear with the campaign. Select the Shared Template icon. Another pop-up will appear with the option to clone the template. Select Clone. Note: Changes to the shared template's schedule, messages or title will affect other campaigns linked to the shared template. Cloning the template will not affect other campaigns.
3. To view it and make changes to the cloned campaign, click the Edit Mode. Read about email editing & scheduling options on the Email Customization Options article.
