Add Candidates to a Campaign Based on Star Rating

Each candidate on the Shortlist Page has a Rating & Review column. You can rate candidates from 1 to 5 stars, based on how well they match your ideal candidate for the role. See the Rating & Reviewing Shortlisted Candidates article to learn how to rate a candidate.

You can filter by rated candidates and assign campaigns depending on the star ratings provided by you or your colleagues

How It Works

1. In the shortlist page, click the Add Filters + icon and sort by your preferred rating. 
   
   
   
2. Reach out individually using the Reach Out feature or in bulk by selecting all of the candidates and click the mail icon to Add a Campaign.
