When creating or editing campaigns, click the Advanced button to bring up more options for customizing your campaign.
From this menu, you can:
- Send the campaign to candidates' personal, work, or both types of emails
- Choose a send limit, limiting the amount of daily emails per day that will go out
- Send each email as a reply to the email thread. Note this is only applicable to those using the Gmail integration
- Add an unsubscribe link to each email, as well as customize the unsubscribe link color. Note that if candidates choose to unsubscribe from a campaign, then are a part of another campaign in the future, they will NOT receive that campaign's emails, because they already opted out.
- Auto-unsubscribe any candidates who respond to the email with profanity. This helps set clear boundaries with uninterested candidates
- Auto-unsubscribe candidates whose response shows an intent to unsubscribe; e.g., "Please remove me from this list."
- Manually customize each message before sending. This will require you to manually approve each email before going out to candidates
- Allow sending multiple campaigns to the same candidate. This is ideal for candidates who have been shortlisted in multiple projects and are part of different email campaigns. Allowing this option will allow you to send campaigns to candidates who have received an email from a campaign in the last 6 months. Again, it's important to note that if candidates choose to unsubscribe from a campaign, then are a part of another campaign in the future, they will NOT receive that campaign's emails, because they already opted out. This setting applies to both campaigns that you send and campaigns that a colleague sends to the same candidate. For example, if you send a campaign to candidate A, and your setting is set to Do not allow, the next email will not go out, regardless of whether you or a colleague sent it.
