You may come across the following error on your Campaigns 'Email authorization has expired for asdlfkj@gmail.com'.
This error usually occurs when you have changed your Gmail password or there have been org-level changes setup by your Google admin. You will need to re-authenticate your Gmail account from the Settings page so that it can allow Findem to send campaigns on your behalf. Follow the steps below to re-authenticate, either for yourself or another Findem user.
- From your user settings menu, find your email in the Senders list. Click Edit.
- Click Re-authenticate, then Sign in with Google.
- This will direct you to the Sign in with Google page.
2. Click Allow at the bottom.
3. After re-authorizing the account, you will be asked to log in to the Findem Platform.
4. Alternatively, you may get an email notifying you of the error.
5. Click on Reauthorize Gmail Account. This will direct you to Sign in with Google.
6. Repeat the same steps for Google authorization.
