More Control Over Company Name in Auto-Personalized Outreach
What's New
Improved Campaign Activity Feed Transparency
We’ve made updates to the Activity Feed to give you clearer visibility into actions Findem takes on your behalf. These improvements help you better understand what happened, why it happened, and when it happened—so there are no surprises in your recruiting workflows.
What’s New
Clearer Unsubscribe Events
You’ll now see more accurate and detailed activity when a candidate unsubscribes, including:
-
Unsubscribe via link or reply
When a candidate clicks an unsubscribe link or replies to the email asking to unsubscribe (and Findem processes that request automatically), the Activity Feed clearly shows that the candidate unsubscribed and includes the correct timestamp. You'll then see:A candidate unsubscribe event
A related campaign event showing that outreach was stopped
A link to the candidate’s unsubscribe response for added context
This makes it easier to understand both the candidate action and the campaign impact.
New Email Discovered
When Findem identifies a new email address for a candidate, the Activity Feed will now reflect that action, including:
Whether the email was added automatically by Findem or manually by a user
This provides better insight into how candidate contact details are updated.
Campaign Not Sent Due to Send Limits
If a campaign message isn’t sent because a send limit is reached, you’ll now see an explicit Activity Feed entry explaining why.
Where possible, the message will clarify whether the limit was:
A campaign-level send limit, or
A personal send limit
This helps you quickly diagnose why a message didn’t go out without needing to investigate further.
Clearer Visibility Into Candidate Email Activity
We’ve improved how candidate email activity appears in the Campaign Activity Feed to make it easier to understand which email address a candidate is actually engaging from.
What’s Changed
More Precise Email Attribution for Candidate Actions
Previously, when a candidate opened, clicked, or replied to a campaign email, the Activity Feed displayed all email addresses the campaign was sent to. This made it difficult to tell which address was actively used by the candidate.
Now, the Activity Feed reflects email activity more accurately:
Email sends: When a campaign email is sent, the Activity Feed will continue to show all email addresses that received the message.
Candidate actions (opens, clicks, replies): For candidate-driven actions, the Activity Feed will now show only the specific email address from which the action occurred.
Multiple active email addresses: If a candidate engages from more than one email address (for example, opening or replying from different inboxes), each action will appear as its own entry tied to the correct email address.
Why This Matters
These updates make it easier to:
Identify a candidate’s primary or active email address
Understand which inbox candidates are actually monitoring
Respond from the most effective contact method
Reduce confusion when candidates have multiple known email addresses
This change improves signal clarity without altering how campaigns are sent, helping recruiters make better, faster decisions based on real engagement behavior.
More Control Over Company Name in Auto-Personalized Outreach
You now have greater control over how your company name appears in auto-personalized campaign messages.
What’s New
Editable Company Name for Auto-Personalization Campaigns
Previously, auto-personalized campaigns always pulled the company name from your organization settings in Findem. In some cases, this name reflected internal sub-organizations or formatting that didn’t match how recruiters wanted to present their company in outreach.
Now, when setting up an auto-personalized campaign, you can edit the company name directly within the campaign to ensure it appears exactly how you want in candidate messaging.
How It Works
New editable field during campaign setup: Auto-personalized campaigns now include a Company Name field you can edit before launch.
Smart defaults, easy overrides: The field is pre-filled with your current organization name, but you can customize it for that specific campaign.
-
Campaign-level only: Changing the company name here:
Applies only to the current campaign
Does not update your account or organization settings
Keeps manual campaigns working exactly as they do today
Consistent personalization: The customized company name flows through auto-personalized messages using the same variable system as manual campaigns, ensuring consistent formatting and usage.
Helpful guidance: A link beneath the field takes you to your account’s company name settings if you want to make a broader update outside of a single campaign.
Why This Matters
This update helps recruiters:
Ensure company names appear polished and accurate in outreach
Avoid confusing candidates with internal or sub-brand naming
Maintain brand consistency across different campaign types
Customize messaging without risking unintended account-wide changes
Auto-personalization remains fully backward-compatible, and campaigns without a custom company name will continue to use your default organization name as before.
Clone Talent Pools in CRM
What’s New
You can now clone an existing Talent Pool (TP) to quickly create a new one with the same structure without rebuilding it from scratch.
This update adds a Clone option to the Talent Pool actions menu, making it easy to duplicate pool settings and save time when organizing or restructuring candidates. Note that currently, this feature DOES NOT clone the same candidates to the cloned TP. That will be available in an upcoming release.
Why This Matters
Recruiters often need to:
Split one Talent Pool into multiple pools
Reuse the same filters for different hiring efforts
Transition candidates between pools as roles evolve
Previously, this required manually recreating Talent Pools. Cloning eliminates that repetitive work and speeds up your workflow.
Other Enhancements
- Industry descriptions are now more descriptive, allowing for clearer understanding of what types of companies are included in each selected industry
