CRM: New Search Criteria for Updated Date

What is it?

Selecting this filter should return candidates who have an Updated Date on their profile that matches the criteria. For relative times, use the current date, so if selecting 1 month it would be between today’s date and one month prior (e.g. between 5/28 and 6/28). We'll use a library for this so we don’t set a time range like 2/31 - 3/31.

 

CRM: New Filters

What is it?

Users can now filter by an “Any” option on the “Project Shortlist” fand "Nurture Campaign" filters. We've also built an "Unsubscribed" value into the "Outreach Status" filter

How does it work?

• Selecting “Any” will return all candidates that have been assigned to any nurture campaign

• Users “exclude” any, effectively making the filter “not any”. This would return candidates whom have never been assigned to a campaign

• The “Any” option shows up in both the initial selection view and the “Browse all” view. Browse all is the minimum requirement though. It should not be searchable
  

 

Match Score Filter on Inbound Applicants

What is it? 

Users can now filter Inbound results by their match score (High priority, Priority, Requirements met, Missing Must-Haves) using the Filter  modal at the top of the results list. 

Search Filters Upgrade: Exact Match, Similar To, and new icons

What is it? 

There is now a clear differentiation between search inputs. Exact Matches , Similar To, Findem Curated, Custom Lists

• Exact Matches - Use quotes around search terms to have an exact string match
• Similar To - Get broader results by slopping and stemming (fuzzy matching)
• Findem Curated - No change to behavior, but a new icon in the search bar
• Custom Lists - No change in behavior, but a new icon in the search bar

Why we built it

User expectations of quotes typically means an exact string match. Users were confused when quotes were used but the results were fuzzy matched (which means words can appear in a different order). We now allow the user the ability to differentiate between the two types of inputs.

Use the new search filters when looking to limit the candidate pool size by explicitly declaring an exact string match.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Profile switcher on the candidate row and enriched profiles

What is it? 

A profile switcher has been added to the candidate row to switch between different profiles for a single candidate (Public, Resume, ATS, etc). This allows users to change the candidate row view if a candidate matches against attributes found on a different profile source.

The red icon next to each source indicates that the information found there was outdated, and therefore Findem is surfacing the source it found to be the most up-to-date and accurate. 

Why did we build it? 

Users would experience a scenario when a candidate matched against a work experience that was stale or outdated. Even further, the work experience data was not shown on the candidate row, leaving users confused that the candidate row was did not reflect the criteria matched against.

When should you use it?

When a candidate's info doesn't seemingly match the search criteria, you can reference other candidate profile sources to verify why a candidate matched.
