CRM: Dynamic Talent Pools

What is it? 

Dynamic filters are a powerful new feature in the CRM designed to help recruiters and sourcers keep their talent pools fresh and relevant without worrying about having to manually update them. Once configured, Dynamic filters automatically add candidates to a talent pool if they match your set criteria, either when they enter your CRM or when their profile is updated.

Location & Timezone are now Nice-to-Have Attributes 

What is it?

We now offer the ability to toggle Location and Timezone attributes to be nice-to-have (NTH) instead of just must have (MH). Like other NTHs this will now help bubble people who match a location or timezone up higher in search results without making it a hard requirement.

Why did we build it?

It's been a long-standing request across many customers and internal folks to allow the flexibility of location and timezone being NTH. In the world of remote work there is a substantial use case for preferring but not requiring a local worker that we'd like to support. For a long time, we had a technical dependency on location being MH in a project, but have unblocked that dependency and can now support NTH.

Notes:

• Location view still treats location and timezone attributes as MH.
• The Insights report still treats location and timezone attributes as MH.
