What's New?

What is it?

You can now filter candidates based on their follow-up status and timing. This is especially useful during active campaigns, when you need to:

• Avoid re-engaging candidates who already have a follow-up scheduled

• Identify who is overdue for a check-in

• Target upcoming follow-ups within a certain timeframe
   

Available Filter Options

The filter supports multiple use cases in a single, flexible dropdown:

• Has a Follow-Up (Binary):

  • Returns candidates with any active follow-up set (not dismissed or deleted)

• Future Only:

  • Returns candidates with follow-ups scheduled in the future

• Overdue:

  • Returns candidates with follow-ups that are past due (in the past relative to today)

• Relative Date Range:

  • Returns candidates with a follow-up scheduled within a time window relative to today (e.g., "within the next 7 days")

• Specific Date Range:

  • Returns candidates with follow-ups scheduled between two exact dates

All options are available from a single filter menu, with intuitive presets and custom date range support.

Example Use Cases

• “Show me everyone with a follow-up scheduled in the next two weeks”

• “Find all candidates who are overdue for a follow-up”

• “Filter out candidates who already have a follow-up set so I don’t double-message them during this campaign”
