Improved "Marked as Spam" Email Clarification
What's New?
Campaign Updates
Job Details on Urgency: Auto-Personalization
Up until now, the Job Details section of auto-personalization campaigns only allowed users to select from limited Urgency. We've introduced an 'In the coming days/weeks' option to allow for more specific tailoring in your messaging to candidates.
Default Step Creation on New Campaigns
When creating a new campaign from scratch, users can now add a new step by default.
New Status for Unsent Campaigns
After creating a campaign, but not sending it, there will now bew a new status and subtext for more clarification; 'Paused - Campaign Not Started'.
New Modal for Assigning Candidates to Campaigns
When creating a campaign with a shortlist that has unassigned candidates, users are unaware that Findem automatically adds the candidates the the campaign before sending. A new modal now appears asking for confirmation from the user to assign the shortlisted candidates to the campaign.
Improved Handling of “Marked as Spam” Email Responses
We’ve improved how Findem handles email server responses when a message is marked as spam.
Previously, these responses could be incorrectly classified as email bounces. With this update:
Emails marked as spam are no longer treated as bounced
Email addresses will not be removed from valid sending lists
Campaigns will not pause or stop due to spam classification
Users will not see these emails marked as bounced
In addition...
Email addresses marked as spam may be temporarily treated as lower priority for sending
If the candidate replies, the email address will automatically return to high priority
An informational note will appear in the Activity Feed indicating the email was marked as spam (for awareness only)
This update ensures campaigns continue running smoothly while maintaining transparency and protecting deliverability.
Other Enhancements
All shortlist filters will now follow a consistent user interface, reducing confusion.
