Job-Level Candidate Sync for Workday ATS in the Inbounds Tab
You can now refresh all candidates in a job with just one click, right from the Inbounds tab — whenever you need! Keep your inbound data fresh and accurate.
New Campaign Engagement Filters in Candidate Search
You can now filter candidates based on their engagement with sourcing or nurture campaigns—making it easier than ever to build follow-ups, re-engage warm leads, and personalize your outreach.
What is it?
With the new Campaign Engagement filters, you can now:
-
Filter by campaign type:
Any campaign
Any nurture or sourcing campaign
A specific set of campaigns
-
Filter by engagement type:
Sent
Opened
Clicked
-
Filter by engagement timeframe:
Any time
Within a specific date range (e.g., "in the last 90 days")
These filters allow you to answer powerful questions like:
“Which candidates clicked on an email from Campaign X in the past 3 months?”
“Who opened any nurture campaign email in the last 30 days, but hasn’t responded yet?”
New Outreach Statuses
What is it?
We’ve also added two new Outreach Statuses to help you segment and target based on engagement:
-
Opened:
Returns candidates who opened at least one message from a nurture campaign
You can choose to include or exclude candidates with this status
-
Clicked:
Returns candidates who clicked a link in a nurture campaign
Unsubscribe link clicks are excluded
You can choose to include or exclude candidates with this status
Example Use Cases
Follow up with candidates who clicked on a specific sourcing campaign email in the last quarter
Re-target candidates who opened any nurture campaign email in the past month
Exclude candidates who have already engaged with a campaign in the last 14 days
Note: All engagement filters are based on activity from campaign messages sent during the selected timeframe.
New Filter: Search Candidates by Follow-Up Activity
We're making it easier to manage and prioritize follow-ups during and after campaigns. With the new Follow-Up Filter, you can now find candidates based on whether they have a follow-up set—and exactly when that follow-up is scheduled.
What is it?
You can now filter candidates based on their follow-up status and timing. This is especially useful during active campaigns, when you need to:
Avoid re-engaging candidates who already have a follow-up scheduled
Identify who is overdue for a check-in
Target upcoming follow-ups within a certain timeframe
Available Filter Options
The filter supports multiple use cases in a single, flexible dropdown:
-
Has a Follow-Up (Binary):
Returns candidates with any active follow-up set (not dismissed or deleted)
-
Future Only:
Returns candidates with follow-ups scheduled in the future
-
Overdue:
Returns candidates with follow-ups that are past due (in the past relative to today)
-
Relative Date Range:
Returns candidates with a follow-up scheduled within a time window relative to today (e.g., "within the next 7 days")
-
Specific Date Range:
Returns candidates with follow-ups scheduled between two exact dates
All options are available from a single filter menu, with intuitive presets and custom date range support.
Example Use Cases
“Show me everyone with a follow-up scheduled in the next two weeks”
“Find all candidates who are overdue for a follow-up”
“Filter out candidates who already have a follow-up set so I don’t double-message them during this campaign”
Thanks—great detail! Here’s a polished, customer-facing release note for your "Default Platform Email Behavior" update, designed for your documentation hub or changelog:
Default Platform Email Behavior Update
To improve campaign performance and avoid deliverability issues, we've made changes to how the Findem platform email is used by default—especially for new users without an integrated email account.
What’s Changing
Previously, users without an integrated email could default to Findem’s platform email to send campaigns. However, this method has several downsides:
- Responses don't route back to the sender.
- It tends to result in lower response rates.
- Candidates can remove the sender email, which can disrupt campaign tracking and logic.
New Default Behavior
To protect campaign effectiveness and ensure clean tracking, we’ve updated the rules:
- New users without integrated email accounts will no longer be able to use the Findem platform email by default
- If no valid email address is connected:
- The From field will appear empty.
- A warning indicator will alert users that a valid email is required.
- Users will not be able to start or save the campaign until a valid sender email is added (similar to how we handle missing variables).
- Users will not be able to send on behalf of another colleague.
This ensures campaigns can’t be launched from non-functional or low-reliability email addresses.
Platform Permissions
New organizations will no longer be granted access to the platform email by default. The allowFindemPlatform permission can still be enabled on a case-by-case basis—reach out to your Findem contact if you need it.
Why This Matters
These changes are designed to help customers:
- Maximize candidate response rates
- Ensure deliverability and proper tracking
- Avoid issues caused by unmonitored or shared sender emails
Improved Search Relevance for “Similar To” Matches
We’ve enhanced the way Similar To search queries are ranked—ensuring more accurate and intuitive results for role-specific searches.
What’s Changing?
Previously, when using the Similar To attribute in a search (e.g., Similar To > Product Manager), the system gave equal weight to both exact title matches and loosely related keyword phrases. This meant a title like:
Product Manager
...was treated with the same priority as:Manager of Shipping ProductsorProduct & Project Leadership Manager
New Ranking Behavior
Now, exact or near-exact matches to the term you input will appear higher in the results, reflecting their higher relevance.
For example, when searching:
Similar To > Director of Development
You’ll now see titles like:Director of DevelopmentandDevelopment Director
rank above broader or less relevant titles like:Director of Game DevelopmentorArts and Crafts Director and Building Development
In short, we're going to provide search results more closely to what you input in a Similar To search. This update helps surface more targeted and high-quality matches, reducing noise and helping you focus on the most relevant candidates faster.
