Updated Campaign Statuses

What is it?

We've made some improvements to the campaign statuses on the Shortlist page to provide more transparency into what's happening with an individual candidate and when an In Progress email will go out.

Why did we build it?

We've received some feedback from customers about the lack of clarity around if and when an email will go out. The In Progress status contained candidates to whom the campaign was currently sending, future scheduled, looking for emails and paused. This lack of visibility was causing customers to question whether our messaging service was actually sending messages and was breaking trust.

To counter this, we made the following changes:

• You'll receive an informational notice if a candidate has already been campaigned recently (pre-campaign)
• Candidates that have scheduled messages in a campaign where the campaign is paused will now show up as Paused
• In Progress
  • Candidates with campaign messages sending in the next ~30 minutes will be displayed as Sending now
  • Candidates with future scheduled campaign messages will show the scheduled time of the next step in the campaign

What Else is New?

• You can now exclude a company list in the sidebar
• You can now exclude ATS fields in the sidebar
  
• Findem has removed outdated elements on the Manage Users page
• You can now switch recency for company lists and industries
  
• We've implemented count updates (e.g. 50+) on the Copilot Recommendations hiring tab for transparency
