ATS Tab in Enriched Profile
What is it?
We added a new tab within the enriched profile - the ATS tab. For customers with supporting ATS integrations this tab will allow them to see a candidate overview across all jobs they've applied to, and quickly open the profile int he ATS if needed.
Why did we build it?
We've received a lot of feedback that our users need this context to inform their next steps. Particularly, if a candidate has been rejected in the past at a certain stage. The goal here is to save recruiters time as they don't need to switch back and forth to the ATS.
Employee Referrals Channel is now 'Employee Connections' Hiring Channel
What is it?
We renamed the Employee Referrals hiring channel tab to Employee Connections throughout the app.
Why did we do it?
We've received a ton of feedback that "Employee Referrals" was confusing - prospects were expecting it to integrate with their in-house referral programs. The new naming is meant to better align expectations around the current functionality. Click here for full documentation on the Employee Connections hiring channel!
Active Resume Indicator
What is it?
We now indicate in the enriched profile which of the candidates resumes is "active". If a resume is "active" it means that is has been parsed and indexed, and is now a contributor to search relevance.
Why did we build it?
After we started parsing and indexing resumes in the ATS we started to get a lot of question about why a profile was a match - especially when the terms couldn't be found in the profile. This new feature attempts to make the behavior, and possible sources of matching more discoverable to the user. It also makes it laser clear when a candidates resume has been considered int he match score we provided. This is a critical point of data trust for Inbound Applicant review.
Sharing is Caring
With Copilot we introduced a new flow to help our users collaborate and gather feedback with decision makers.
What is it?
From the Copilot recommendations tab users can share individual candidates, or multi-selected candidates outside contacts to gather feedback. Sharing automatically shortlists the candidate for future reference and sends an email requesting feedback. External users can review the list of candidates without the need for a login and provide feedback. Received feedback is emailed to the user who requested it and added to the enriched profile, and interaction timeline.
Why did we build it?
We received a lot of user feedback and our own research corroborates a strong need to collaborate with hiring manages at various stages in the project lifecycle. Our goal is to allow users to do this natively in the Findem product so that we can transmit the same profile view that the recruiter sees to the hiring manager, and increase our stickiness in their workflow.
Coming soon
This flow will be available across all hiring channels in the coming releases, including further support and extension of the flow within the Shortlist.
