Candidate profiles are refreshed on an ongoing basis and are updated when an intent is established by one of the following:
- Findem receives a data import from one of our data vendors (regularly on a monthly/quarterly cadence).
- Copilot preprocessing runs for a project: candidates matched from a Job Description are updated before the project begins, and Copilot keeps those candidates from being more than 14 days out of date while also refreshing and verifying contact information.
- A profile appears in the top ~1000 results of a search.
- A profile gets shortlisted for campaigning. Shortlisted candidate profiles in both current and past projects are maintained so that changes to a candidate's profile are reflected across the product (project pages, profile summary rows, and CSV exports). However, profile summaries and CSV exports will only show the newer information after these standard refresh triggers (or any enabled background refreshing) run for that candidate.
- A user visits a LinkedIn profile with the Findem Chrome Extension.
- Findem's Profile Validator detects a change. Once triggered, Findem attempts to retrieve profile data from vendors and runs a profile scraper. That data then gets parsed into the Findem profile for users to leverage.
