"No Current Job" as Nice to Have Attribute
What is it?
Whenever there is no risk of interfering with the pool size or other Findem Magics we are adding the "No Current Job" as a Nice to Have.
Why did we add this?
The goal is to create some feature discovery in terms of what we have in Findem Magics while also giving a subtle bump to candidates who might be in need of work as a means of increasing conversion and recruiter efficiency. We've received feedback in both Enterprise and SMB that users would prefer to focus their efforts on candidates who are most likely to be receptive to their outreach.
Custom Insights to Show at a Glance
What is it?
Our latest update focuses on the context section, a powerful feature that lets users create a custom Context insight on the candidate row that they can display on the profile row. This update will show users' configured custom insights right on the row, so they don't have to dig deeper into the profile to access this information. This enhances efficiency and engagement by providing personalized insights at a glance.
Why did we build it?
- Provides instant access without navigating deeper into profiles
- Includes visual indicators for available vs. unavailable insights
- Hover over insights to see more context and details. If no insights are found in relation to the custom setup, the hover modal will tell you
Clarity Around Multi-Campaigning the Same Candidate
What is it?
We've updated the language and functionality around allowing/blocking recruiters from sending multiple campaigns to the same candidate. Specifically:
- Clarified language to remove a double negative. The functionality now "Allows" recruiters to send multiple campaigns to the same candidate
- Changed behavior of the user setting to control the default setting of new campaigns. The default of the user setting is unchecked (to not allow multi-campaigning)
- Added clarity in that a candidate can be re-campaigned after 6 months
Why did we build it?
Customers often express confusion around how this setting works, when to use it, and the difference between the user level setting and the campaign level setting. This update is intended to clear up that confusion.
Important to note
- How does this feature work if there are multiple recruiters contacting the same candidate? Today, the setting is at the campaign level. If the campaign setting allows for re-campaigning to a candidate, the message will be allowed, regardless of who sent the first message. If the campaign setting does not allow for re-campaigning, it will not be sent
- The setting currently says 60 days, but we'll update that to 6 months soon
Profile Lookup Enhancements
What is it?
Users can now search people using Linkedin URLs along with Name @ Company.
Name @ Company e.g., George @ Findem
AND
Name + Company e.g., George + Findem
are both acceptable.
Why did we build it?
Users often want to see Findem enriched profiles using LinkedIn URLs, and these URLs are not always necessarily gathered from LinkedIn. URLs can be stored in documents, ATS, Excel, etc. and should be searchable inside if Findem instead of two steps of opening the URL first and then using the extension to open their enriched profile.
Clear All Attributes from Projects
Users can now clear the entire attribute sidebar with the Clear All option.
Users will need to have AT LEAST ONE attribute in the sidebar to see the Clear All button, and
there will be a warning before the action is executed.
Version history will retain prior attributes in case you need to get them back.
Including ATS Prospects in the ATS Tab
What is it?
We've now included ATS prospects into the ATS Candidates tab. This means that any candidate found in your ATS, regardless of having a submitted application or not, will appear. This increases the number of candidates from the ATS that are served in this tab.
Why did we build it?
Customers were confused when searching in their ATS and comparing the number of profiles in Findem. Example: A customer's Greenhouse ATS showed 400 candidates, and Findem only showed 380. This was because 20 of those candidates didn't have any applications.
This enhancement increases the number of profiles we can match against, even though they are prospects.
Other notes
Current searches/projects won't be impacted in any way other than the number of ATS candidates increasing based on this change.
