Highlighting Tool Enhancement
What is it?
Resumes just got a lot easier to scan thanks to custom highlighter tool enhancements. For a while now, we've offered a custom highlighting tool that lets users mark up text in different colors to make important terms and phrases stand out.
Originally available for candidate profiles, we've now integrated this capability directly into resumes, meaning you can quickly identify keywords and other key information across a candidate's application materials, even in complex, heavily formatted documents.
- Custom Highlighting: Allows users to mark up text in different colors
- Expanded to Resumes: Originally available in profiles, now integrated into resumes
- Visible Across Materials: Highlights appear in resumes, cover letters, and the inline as well as full-screen viewers
- Formatting Challenge: Minor misalignments in heavily formatted resumes
Why did we build it?
This enhancement is going to allow users to quickly identify important information across all candidates' data.
"Not Right Now" Auto-Classification
What is it?
We have extended our auto-classifier of candidate responses to include "Not Right Now" classifications. Previously, users have had to manually classify "Not Right Now" emails, with the only auto-classifiers being "Interested" and "Not Interested".
Why did we build it?
Manually classifying responses is a pain, and this sets us up nicely to enable automations to allow better nurturing of candidates in the future.
