Shortlist Candidate Feedback and Share Flow 

What is it?

Hiring teams will now be able to share candidate profiles and get feedback directly from the shortlist.

Why did we build it?

Findem has updated its rating and review system to enable users to easily share candidate profiles across hiring channels and gather feedback. The new share flow allows hiring teams to send out candidate shortlists and receive feedback directly on the profiles, with a simple 3-point rating system of "not a match," "good match," and "great match." This integration streamlines the feedback process, making it more transparent and efficient for users to find the right candidates fast.

Users will receive an email when new feedback is left on the candidate profile.

• New share flow integration: Feedback can be requested and reviewed directly in the shortlist
• 3-point rating system: Candidates can be marked as "not a match," "good match," or "great match
• In-app feedback collection: Users can provide comments and ratings directly on the shortlist
• Real-time feedback visibility: Cumulative ratings are displayed with user details
• Feedback tracking: Users can see which candidates have been shared and received reviews
• Legacy rating support: Old 5-star ratings can still be viewed and mapped manually to the new system
• Gradual system transition: Old rating method will be phased out as new feedback is adopted
• External reviewer access: Shared links allow non-users to provide candidate assessments
