Job Recommendations for All!
What is it?
We have expanded support for job recommendations in nurture email campaigns to customers on Workday, SmartRecruiters, Jobvite, Greenhouse, and Lever. Now, when sending an email to relevant candidates, you can enter a variable with up to 5 recommended jobs to be included within that email. We take all open external jobs in your ATS, parse them into attributes, and then serve them to nurture campaign candidates who are a match to any of the jobs, with links to their job descriptions.
Why did we build this?
Our customers continue to look for ways to connect with prospects in customized, differentiated ways. By automatically serving up matching jobs to these prospects, we take the manual effort and guesswork of serving relevant job opportunities.
Advanced (Boolean) Filters for CRM
What is it?
We've incorporated boolean functionality (AND, OR, NOT, AND NOT operators) into the CRM filter sidebar to enable users to find specific candidates in CRM easily. You can now apply the desired attributes for a candidate directly in the CRM filter sidebar to get as detailed as you'd like with your CRM search.
Why did we build this?
Users have requested more specific and customized filters in CRM to manage different candidate populations and rediscover candidates effectively.
More Frequent Autosaves
What is it?
We've reduced the autosave time in Searches from every 10 minutes to every 15 seconds.
Why did we build this?
We received a lot of feedback about the inconvenience of infrequent data saves while using Findem.
Stemming Removed from Skills and Keywords in Searches
What is it?
Stemming has been removed from the Keywords and Skills filters in Searches. Stemming will continue in the Job Titles filter.
Why did we build this?
We received a lot of feedback that the ambiguity of matches from terms in these sections was causing users a lot of distress. Now, when users add keywords to these sections, a precise match will be required.
