Integrating Ashby ATS

Integrate Ashby with Findem to seamlessly sync profile and job updates between both platforms.

How It Works

Findem uses an API key to connect with Ashby. If you already have an API Key, skip to Connecting Ashby with Findem.

If you don't have an API Key from Ashby, follow the instructions below.

Generating Ashby API Key

1. Log into Ashby, navigate to Admin Dashboard > API Keys, and click New.
   
   
2. Fill in the Name field, choose Findem from the Integration Partner dropdown, and click Create API Key (Note: Please check with Ashby Support if Findem is missing from the Partner dropdown).
   

Connecting Ashby with Findem

1. You will need the following:
   • API Key
     
     
2. Log into Findem and navigate to Settings.
   
   
3. Locate the ATS Settings section and click Connect Your ATS.
   
   
4. Select Ashby from the ATS options.
   
   
5. Enter the API Key.
   
   
   
6. Share this ATS access with your colleagues on Findem by checking the Enable this ATS for your entire organization option and click Next.
