Overview
To enable real-time syncing between your org's Lever ATS and Findem, you’ll need to manually configure webhooks in Lever. Follow the instructions below to get started.

Navigate to Webhooks in Lever
- Log in to Lever as an admin user.
- Go to Settings > Integrations and API > Webhooks.

Create Webhooks
From the Lever Dev Center, as the admin user, you’ll need to create a webhook for each supported event (instructions below). For each webhook, you'll need:

URL:
https://webhooks.findem.ai/webhook/<account_id> - Secret key: Found on the Findem Integrations menu

Error Recipient Email Address:
ats_webhook_alerts@findem.ai - Status: Set Deactivated = No
Configure Supported Events
- Fill the form with the following details:
- Events list:
- Application created
- Candidate stage change
- Candidate archive state change
- Candidate hired
- Candidate deleted
- Contact created
- Contact updated
- For each of the above, use the following details:
- Url: https://webhooks.findem.ai/webhook/<account_id>
- Select all the checkboxes in “Triggers for candidates of the selected origins:” section for application and candidate events
- Collect the token values for each event and update them in the Findem integrations page against the corresponding event.

Save and Test
After creating each webhook:
- Copy the generated token value.
- Head to Findem and click Admin > Integrations.
- From the Lever integration, add the token for the corresponding event.
- Trigger a test update in Lever.
- Confirm the applicable activity in Findem.
Troubleshooting
In case you run into any issues while setting up the API, below are a few items to check before opening a ticket with Findem Support:
- Ensure tokens are correctly mapped in Findem
- Confirm all required triggers are enabled
- Check Findem for webhook errors
