Capability: Exports

• Export Candidate to Job
  • What: Creates a person profile in the ATS if the candidate does not exist already
  • Why: Streamlines the process of adding new candidates to your ATS
  • Supported by: Greenhouse (Yes), SmartRecruiters (Yes), Workday (Yes), Jobvite (Yes), Ashby (Yes), Lever (Yes), SAP (Yes), iCIMS (Yes), Eightfold (No)
• Export to Job as Prospect (With an application)
  • What: Adds a person profile to an ATS job without creating a formal application
  • Why: Nurture candidates not yet ready to formally apply

• Export as Prospect (Not to a Job)
  • What: Adds a person profile to the ATS only without requiring a job link
  • Why: Build a talent pipeline in the ATS with general prospects

• Export with Notes
  • What: Adds Notes in Findem to the Candidate or Application profile in the ATS
  • Why: Transfer valuable context and details directly to the ATS
