Export Candidates to ATS

Once your applicant tracking system (ATS) has been integrated with Findem, candidates are automatically exported to the ATS based on the configuration you have selected while Linking the Search to an ATS job. 

Apart from auto-export, Findem also allows you to manually export a profile.

How It Works 

1. On the Shortlist page, find the Search Bar near the top right-hand corner. Type the name of the candidate you want to export to your ATS.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the Action button in the same row as the candidate's name.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Export to ATS.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Export in the dialogue box that appears. 
   
   
   
   
5. The candidate has now been exported to the ATS. They will gain an Exported from Findem label in the Sourcing Highlights column.
