Rating & Reviewing Shortlisted Candidates (Feedback)

Each candidate on the Shortlist Page has a Feedback column:

You can leave three types of feedback on customers based on "thumbs" up or down ratings.

• Two thumbs up is a Great Match 
• One thumb up is a Good Match
• A thumbs down is Not a Match

You also have the option to add a more detailed review. Your input feedback will correspond to one of the three ratings listed above.

How It Works

1. On the Shortlist page, under the Feedback column, click on the thumb icon that most closely matches your opinion. 
2. We recommend that colleagues or hiring managers add notes explaining why candidates are a great fit or what might be missing. Notes can be added either in the Feedback column by clicking the applicable thumb icon, or in the candidate's enriched profile under the Notes section.
   
3. To filter by rated candidates, click the Add Filters + icon.
