What data is Findem pulling in for the ‘Open to Work’ attribute?

The ‘Open to Work’ attribute is designed to look for keywords like “Actively looking”, “Open to new job”, and all of its relevant terms in candidates title section, description/about me section and overall LinkedIn info section. It DOES NOT capture the LinkedIn banner you might see on a profile picture.
