We infer the DEI data from the publicly available datasets (Profile Information, Census Information, Schools, Location, Photos etc). Our ML/AI algorithms infer the data and provide a score which we use for sourcing based on a probabilistic model. Our algorithms are over 95% accurate.
The US Dept of Labor doesn’t view DEI sourcing as illegal. As long as people in the funnel are evaluated for the job same way - DEI sourcing doesn’t violate Equal Opportunity rule.
