ATS applications (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.) often contain duplicate profiles for a single person. When searching in the Findem platform, Findem automatically deduplicates (removes one) profiles if they can be linked together.
Findem deduplicates ATS candidates if two ATS profiles have the same:
Linkedin URL, or
Email, or
Work experience, or
A combination of these
Findem does not merge records in the ATS. When searching within Findem, profiles are deduplicated even if multiple exist in the ATS.
If you discover duplicate profiles for the same candidate in a Findem campaign or application that weren't automatically deduplicated, you can contact Findem Support. The Support team will investigate the duplicate profiles and can merge them to ensure you have a comprehensive view of a candidate's information.
