Retrieve Important Information from iCIMS Technical Support
Findem uses an API credential pair to connect with iCIMS. You'll need to contact your iCIMS Technical Support Team for:
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Customer ID
This information will be used to create an API key in Findem. When requesting the items above, request that the following permissions be given for the API key:

Post: List of Jobs
Get: Retrieve a Job
Applicant Workflows
Post: List of applicant Workflows
Post: Add Workflows
Patch: Update Workflows
Get: Retrieve Applicant Workflows
People
Post: Add People
Post: List of People
Patch: Update People (attachments can be updated here)
Get: Retrieve People
Status/Stage
Get: List of Status
Get: Retrieve a Status
Patch: Update Stage/Status (rejection is done here)
Person Folder

Connecting iCIMS in Findem
When finishing the connection from within Findem, you will need the following that the iCIMS Tech Support team sent you:
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- Customer ID

As the Findem Admin user, log in to Findem and navigate to Admin > Integrations.
- From the Connect ATS menu, select Manage > Connect your ATS system.
- Select iCIMS from the ATS options.
- Enter the Client ID, Client Secret and Customer ID you received from the iCIMS Tech Support team.
- Click Save.
