What does Test Profile mean?

From any existing Project, you're able to test an existing LinkedIn profile with the qualifications set by your Project requirements. This may be useful if you have a specific person in mind for the role who does not appear in your search results.

To test a LinkedIn profile against your Project:

1. From the ellipsis at the top of your Project navigation menu, scroll down and click Test Profile.
   
2. Paste the URL of the LinkedIn profile you want for comparison. Click Test.
   
3.  The results will show you how many Project qualifications the candidate's profile matches up with, including:
   • Job Title
   • Skills
   • Companies
   • Company Attributes
   • Industries
   • Experience
   • Education
   • Keywords
4. Click any of these attributes to expand and show more detail.
