What does Match Heuristic Configuration mean?

All inbound candidates' match scores are determined by the number and quality of matching qualifications. When editing inbound candidates' qualifications, you have the option to disable certain matching qualifications.

Any attributes you disable in the Match Heuristic Configuration modal will stop incoming applicants' qualifications from being considered as part of their match score.

Note that with this configuration, users can toggle on and off Global Search Policy must haves and nice to haves to configure and customize how the match score is determined on the Inbound Applicants tab of a project. These details are also included within the enriched profile Match Details for transparency.
