What is Findem's security posture, especially given PI data - SOC2, ISO, certifications, etc?

Findem is SOC2 certified and has Google AI OAuth Security Assessment, including penetration testing. Findem's AI does collect PII as part of the DEI process, but that data is not exposed to Findem users and cannot be found within the Findem platform.

All data is encrypted and protected by 2FA, in addition to the stringent policies we have in place to limit the use of the data we collect to our narrow purpose of aiding companies in recruitment. You can also access information about how we process your data at any time by reviewing our Privacy Policy.

If you need more detailed documentation for vendor due diligence (such as SOC 2 reports, penetration test reports, or bridge letters), contact Findem Support or your Findem account manager. Support can connect you with your account manager, who will provide or resend the SOC 2 and PenTest reports and any additional materials needed for your security review.

When requesting a SOC 2 report, please include your name, role/title, company name, contact details, and the purpose of the request (for example, vendor due diligence) so we can process your request efficiently.
