Using Findem's Settings page

The Settings Page allows you to control four major aspects of your account: Applicant Tracking System (ATS) settings, Searches, Security, and Senders. To access your settings, click the Settings button under the Advanced dropdown list on the Search page. 

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Settings

You can transfer all your shortlisted candidates from Findem to your ATS using ATS Settings. Refer to the Integrating ATS article to connect Findem to your ATS.

Searches

Multiple Campaigns: One candidate can fit multiple roles, or can meet the criteria for multiple campaigns assigned to the same Search. You can use this setting to control whether or not a candidate should be contacted by all the campaigns they match. Refer to Changing the default Multiple Campaigns' setting for a Search article to manage this setting.

Senders

When you integrate Gmail with Findem, you can send Outreach Campaign emails directly from your Gmail account. Refer to Integrating Gmail with Findem article to learn how.

Security

You can enable/disable MFA for your account and also change your password from the Security section on the Settings Page. Refer to Enable or disable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
