The default Multiple Campaigns setting for a Project can be managed from the Settings Page.
What is the Multiple Campaigns setting?
One candidate can fit multiple roles, or can meet the criteria for multiple campaigns assigned to the same Search. Using this setting, you can control whether or not a candidate should be contacted by all campaigns they match.
How do you change it?
- If you don't want to send emails to the same candidate for multiple roles, uncheck the box next to Multiple Campaigns. If you do want to email the same candidate about multiple roles, check this box.
- Click Save Changes once you have made your selection.
Note, once this option has been enabled, within each email campaign, in Advanced options of the campaign, you can allow allow or not allow multiple campaigns to be sent to the same candidate if applicable.
