The default Multiple Campaigns setting for a Search can be managed from the Settings Page.
What is the Multiple Campaigns setting?
One candidate can fit multiple roles, or can meet the criteria for multiple campaigns assigned to the same Search. Using this setting, you can control whether or not a candidate should be contacted by all campaigns they match.
How do you change it?
- If you don't want to send emails to the same candidate for multiple roles, check the box that says Do not send multiple campaigns to the same candidate on my account. If you do want to email the same candidate about multiple roles, uncheck this box.
- Click Save Changes once you have made your selection.
