Log in using MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)

Log in using MFA for the First Time

1. Enter your Findem login credentials here.
2. Scan the QR code via any preferred Authenticator mobile app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Okta Verify, etc.).
   
   
   
3. Enter the provided one-time password (OTP) in your browser after scanning with your phone and click on Verify to proceed.
4. Alternately, click on + on your mobile Authenticator app of choice to Enter a setup key.
5. Add any account name and enter the displayed secret code in step 2.
6. Select Type of key as Time Based and click Add.
7. Enter the OTP after generated and click on Verify to proceed.

After logging in with MFA the first time...

1. Enter the OTP via any mobile Authenticator app of choice (e.g. Google Authenticator, Okta Verify, etc.) and click on Verify to proceed.
   
   
   
2. Note that the QR code will not be displayed.

Logging in Using MFA with Google Workspace

Logging in via Google Workspace or GMail does not require OTP. You can access your account directly.
