Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is an extra layer of security that requires not only a password and username but also an extra piece of information in order to log in. On our platform, you have two options to log in to your account - either by using QR code or secret code from an authentication app. The goal of MFA is to make it harder for potential intruders to gain access and steal your personal data or identity.
As users of our own product, we understand how important the security of your account is! Only admins of the account can enable this feature.
To enable Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
- Click on Manage Users.
- Under Manage Organization --> Password Security Settings, check the check-box.
To disable Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
- Click on Manage Users.
- Under Manage Organization --> Password Security Settings, uncheck the check-box.
To reset Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
- Click on Manage Users.
- Under Manage Users, click on Reset MFA for the required user under Actions.
