Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is an extra layer of security that requires not only a password and username but also an extra piece of information in order to log in. On our platform, you have two options to log in to your account - either by using QR code or secret code from an authentication app. The goal of MFA is to make it harder for potential intruders to gain access and steal your personal data or identity.
Only admins of the account can enable this feature.
To enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Head to Organization Settings > Security and check the box for Multi-Factor Authentication.
- Once enabled at the application level, each user in the account will need to set up MFA on their own profile via Settings > Security.
