You can share your Projects with one or more team members using the Findem platform. Once shared, you and your team members can work collaboratively to:
- Refine Projects
- Shortlist candidates
- View Enriched Profiles
- Rate and review candidates in the shortlist
- Create and manage campaign for the shared Projects
- View and categorize candidate responses
How It Works
Adding a collaborator:
- Go to the Findem Homepage.
- Click the paper airplane icon on the Project you would like to share and click Share Project.
3. A pop-up will appear. Select the colleague's name from the dropdown or type it in the box and click Share.
Troubleshooting: collaborator name not appearing
If the collaborator's name does not appear as an option in the pop-up, collect the following details and contact Findem Support so they can investigate the sharing configuration:
- Who is attempting to share the project
- The intended recipient's full name
- The specific project you're trying to share
