From an inbound applicant's profile on any Project, you can expand an inline resume view. Findem offers a useful feature for viewing the sources of the data in a profile. By hovering over the chart icon at the top right of the enriched profile, you can see where the profile data is being pulled from.
For instance, this profile is showing public profile data. If you prefer the enriched profile to display resume information, select the ATS Resume option from the dropdown.
This flexibility allows you to customize the profile view according to your preferences and needs. By switching between different data sources, you can get a more rounded and comprehensive understanding of a candidate's qualifications.
Note: When a candidate profile is sourced from an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Findem gives preference to ATS data over publicly available data. If you notice job titles appearing as 'None' in a profile, this may be because the ATS-generated resume contains incorrect or placeholder information. In such cases, you can toggle between ATS and public profile data to view the most accurate information.
You may notice that candidate profiles sometimes show as meeting requirements in the overview, but not when you click into the detailed view. This can occur due to differences in profile sources (ATS resume vs. public profile). The system may match candidates based on different profile types depending on the channel, so we recommend checking both the ATS resume and public profile to understand the full matching criteria, as experience and other details might vary between these sources.
The resume viewer (both inline and full page) supports the following document types that are uploaded to a candidate's public profile:
- docx
- jpg
- jpeg
- png
