Some Findem customers do not use an ATS for candidates. If your org is not using an ATS and relies on a career site for posting job descriptions, you can still utilize Copilot.
From the Org settings > Companies tab, there is an option to toggle on or off Career Site. With this this option enabled, you can add your external career site via a parent URL or multiple. Findem supports up to 5 URLs for career site scraping.
Findem scrapes career sites and syncs findings twice a day.
Once any change is made to this field, a message will be sent to Findem to update your org's settings on the backend and begin scraping the career sites(s). This usually takes anywhere between 24 to 48 hours to happen because it's a manual effort from our team. Once our team has finished scraping the site(s), you will be notified, and all matching candidates will appear in the main Projects menu of Findem.
Note:
If your org does have a connected ATS to Findem, but chooses not to use it for whatever reason in favor of career site scraping, your ATS will no longer be used by Findem or Copilot to source candidates.
What if a job is not showing up in Findem?
If a job is not immediately visible after posting to your career site, wait up to 24 hours as the system scrapes job sites daily. Delays in job posting visibility can occur due to various factors, including system processing times, high volume of job postings, and pipeline load. If the job still does not appear after this time, check the following:
Verify that your job posting platform is fully operational
Check your integration settings between your career page and Findem
Confirm the job has been properly posted and activated
Ensure the job is not a confidential requisition without a job posting attached (Findem requires posting information to generate metadata needed for search building)
If issues persist after these checks, contact the Findem Support team for further investigation.
What if candidates are not populating in project tabs?
If candidates are not showing up in your project's ATS, Copilot, or External tabs for an unarchived project, check the following:
Verify you are in the correct instance (Production or Exec).
Review your search filters, as overly restrictive filters can prevent candidate results from displaying.
Confirm the project's recent activity and search criteria are still valid and up-to-date.
If you continue experiencing issues after these checks, contact the Findem Support team for assistance.
About Confidential Job Requisitions
Confidential job requisitions may not show up in Copilot tiles if they do not have a job posting attached. However, users can still build searches and link confidential jobs to projects manually.
