Overview
The Outreach Analytics dashboard highlights areas of outreach success (number of candidates contacted, who replied and who showed interest) and opportunities for improvement, enabling your teams to dive deeper into their data. It's designed for recruiters, sourcers, TA leaders and Ops managers to quickly access information on their teams' outreach efforts through Findem.
How Does It Work?
The primary view of the Outreach analytics dashboard shows the outreach conversion funnel, which highlights:
-
Volume of candidates who were first contacted when their campaign started (in the designated timeframe)
- of those candidates, how many replied
- of candidates who replied, how many expressed interest
- of those candidates, how many replied
The dashboard also shows these same numbers as pass-through percentage rates rather than the funnel.
Data Points and What They Mean
Unlike other dashboards in the analytics tab, users directly select up to two levels of how their outreach conversion data is grouped in the table of this report.
Search Owner and Campaign Owner can also be grouped by team hierarchies as-designated by your organization. Work with your CSM to ingest and update your team’s hierarchy information.

Filter the Data
The dashboard filters allow you to show any individual user's outreach information. So for example, you may want to search yourself to see your outreach efforts visualized. To do so:
- From the Filters option, choose Project owner and locate or input your name, then click Apply.
- The funnel will filter only your individual stats.
- From here you can export your report as a PDF or CSV file to share.
Grouping the Data
In addition to filtering your data however you'd like, you can group data to help tell the appropriate story with the information. Say for example you need to convey the progress of individual Projects you're conducting to a manager.
First, ensure you filter the data accordingly before you begin grouping. To group by your data:
- In the Grouping option, choose Project Name and apply.
- This will change the data below your funnel to highlight the names of Projects that you own. You can see the Projects that are offering the most and least success in terms of outreach and response/interest.
- To organize your grouped data, select to display by most contacted, most replied or most interested by clicking one of the words at the top.Your data will automatically rearrange to show most or least plus the data point you want shown.
- As always, you can export this data via PDF or CSV by scrolling back to the top, above the funnel graph, and clicking the PDF icon or download icon.
