Understanding and Editing Candidate Skills

As one of the main features of searching for candidates, the Skills column allows you to customize your search in virtually any way you can imagine. 

Q: How do I know the difference between AND and OR when looking at skills?

A: A collection of attributes within a particular skills section are connected by implicit OR logic. Combined skills groupings like Location, Companies, Industries, etc. are connected by implicit AND logic.

If you construct something more complicated in your Boolean input that uses ANDs or a mixture or ANDs and ORs, you will see a monolithic search string showing this verbatim.
