Feature Overview
In short, Findem Magic is the list of many unique and intangible attributes candidates could have that can be used in your Searches. These are qualifications that typically won't be included in a candidate's resume or profile, even though they're still relevant. You can add Findem Magic qualifications to any Search by clicking Findem Magic and choosing what experience you'd like from the list.
As an example, we can add a Findem Magic filter looking for a candidate who has worked at a private company with a valuation of $0–$10M. This type of qualification is likely not on a typical candidate's profile, but Findem Magic will scout the history candidate's past companies based on their profile to determine if any of them were once private and valued at that price.
What's Going On Behind the Scenes?
What's actually happening when you use a Findem Magic filter value to find candidates is a complex set of algorithms and data analysis techniques to identify and recommend candidates.
How is Data Being Sourced for This?
With Magic, Findem gathers data from a variety of sources. These include public databases, social media profiles and previous (public) employment records and publications.
Using the data collected, Magic constructs detailed results of potential candidates. The search results might include information about candidates' skills, experience, educational background and even softer metrics like cultural fit or leadership qualities.
What is the Value of Findem Magic?
Magic uses the data it gathers to match candidates to job openings more effectively than typical methods. It also uses predictive analytics to predict how likely a candidate is to succeed in a role or how they might contribute to your company's growth.
In other words, Magic improves over time through machine learning. Each new recruitment cycle provides data that the system uses to refine its predictions and recommendations.
