How It Works

Creating a Project

Use Findem's AI Assistant to describe the candidate you're seeking. This can be done either through text or speech. Our AI will assist you in turning your words into search criteria to find the right candidates based on our 3D enriched profiles.

Note:

Currently, once a project is created, you cannot prompt the AI to start over within the same project. To begin a new search with different criteria, you'll need to create a new project and run the AI feature again.

Research a Candidate

Findem's AI Assistant in Profile Analysis, integrated within each candidate's Enriched Profile, can provide insights on how well a candidate matches your search. It can also save you time by drafting a pitch for your hiring manager or generating a list of interview questions geared towards the candidates. Note that the AI Assistant here is not meant an open chat bot that searches the entire internet to find information on revenue, company business models, company sales information or activity; rather, it is meant to provide contextual insight into the candidate's history and qualifications to determine how well they match the role.

Write an Email Campaign

By utilizing the "Assign with AI Assistant" and "AI Enhance" button, you can generate highly personalized outreach campaigns based on a candidate’s attributes, experiences and more. Personalized outreach at scale can significantly boost your response rates and spark candidate interest in an opportunity. Additionally, you can ask the AI Assistant to tailor custom email templates for a specific tone, length, or communication style.
