Overview
The Sourcing Performance dashboard quantifies the return on investment (ROI) of Findem’s platform, demonstrating its value to your organization. You can share these reports with business leaders to justify the expense of utilizing Findem.
How Does It Work?
In short, this dashboard helps you review the performance indicators that drive your success using Findem's Talent Sourcing. Analyze metrics on:

Findem-Influenced Applications by Hiring Channel: ATS applications sourced via Findem, grouped by the hiring channel from which the candidate was shortlisted. This view displays which hiring channels are driving the highest percentage of applicant volume, and how this distribution changes over time. Applications are displayed by week of ATS application submission.

Outreach Funnel Conversion: This view represents the rate at which candidates are first contacted by users in the selected time frame, first reply, and first show interest in the associated role.
The left-hand side of the view highlights the conversion rates at each stage of this outreach funnel. It shows (from top-to-bottom):

The right-hand side of the view shows the associate volumes at each stage. To view funnel conversion by user or search, click into the report using the box-and-arrow icon in the pop-up bar on the bottom of this report widget.

Time in Stage (Outreach): Time (measured in days) averaged within relevant stages of outreach through the Findem platform.

Shortlist to Contact - average time between the date a user shortlists a candidate in Findem and the date the candidate is first contacted

Contact to Open - Average time between the date a candidate is first contacted and the date they first open the email

Open to Reply - Average time between the date a candidate first opens an email and the date they first reply

Reply Rate by Hiring Channel: Rate of emails that received any candidate replies across the associated sourcing campaign. grouped by Findem Hiring Channel. Rate is composed of Candidates who replied to at least one email out of all candidates who were successfully contacted on the associated sourcing campaign.

Contact-to-Interest Rate by Hiring Channel: Percentage of candidates who expressed interest in a role, out of all candidates contacted about the role through Findem, grouped by hiring channel from which a candidate was shortlisted. Findem recommends an overall email reply rate of 10% as broad guidance - ideal outreach conversion rates may vary across industries, job levels, and geographic regions.

Time to Reply by Hiring Channel: Time (in days) between a candidate was first contacted via Findem and the candidate's first reply (interested or otherwise). Findem recommends an overall time to reply of 3 days as broad guidance - ideal reply timelines may vary across industries, job levels, and geographic regions.

How Do I Customize the Data Being Shown?
Each graph on the dashboard can be expanded to show rich data. To expand a graph and show the full report, click the expand icon when hovering over the graph.
In addition, to view an explanation of the data being shown, click the "i" icon below each graph.
Once expanded, each report will have its outline of information presented on the left. You can filter the report to insert or remove any data points you'd like.
Finally, download your report as a PDF or CSV file for easy sharing with others in your company.
