Overview
Sourcing Utilization is a dashboard with a singular focus on user adoption of the platform. It is meant to track your team's Findem usage, and is most useful for Talent Acquisition (TA) Leaders and TA Ops Managers monitoring continued adoption of the Findem platform.
How Does It Work?
In short, this dashboard monitors Findem usage across your org's TA team. You can see recurring metrics on:
- Number of candidates contacted by each of your Findem users
- Engagement by user. This shows the total users who took at least 10 of the following actions in Findem in the selected time frame, grouped by user:
- Creating Projects
- Creating Campaigns
- Shortlisting Candidates
- Ignoring Candidates
- Contacting Candidates
- Exporting Candidates to ATS
- Advancing Inbound Applicants
- Rejecting Inbound Applicants
- Percentage of team logins per week. This shows users who have logged into Findem during the selected period, grouped by week. This view does not currently interact with dashboard filters - it represents login activity for entire team
- Number of candidates contacted per week
- Percentage of open ATS jobs linked to Findem Projects
- Findem-influenced applications. This shows candidates whose applications are influenced by actions taken in Findem, including:
- Applications directly sourced from Findem (exported from ATS)
- Applications submitted after actions taken by users in Findem, including:
- Shortlisted to Project
- Contacted from Project
- Signed up for Talent Community
- Added to Talent Community
- Profile Viewed
- Contact through CRM
- Inbound Application Reviewed via Findem (Advanced, Rejected)
- Number of contacted candidates per week by hiring channel
- Inbound applicants (those who applied on your ATS) who were evaluated via the Inbound tab of Findem's Talent Sourcing Platform, grouped by applicants advanced vs. rejected.

Each graph on the dashboard can be expanded to show rich data. To expand a graph and show the full report, click the expand icon when hovering over the graph.
In addition, to view an explanation of the data being shown, click the "i" icon below each graph.
Once expanded, each report will have its outline of information presented on the left. You can filter the report to insert or remove any data points you'd like.
Finally, download your report as a PDF or CSV file for easy sharing with others in your company.
Troubleshooting Dashboard Issues
Why are my candidate conversion numbers not showing details when I click on the dashboard metric?
This can occur due to a dashboard loading issue. As a workaround, click the Run button located at the top right of the report. This should refresh the dashboard and populate the candidate conversion details.
What should I do if the Findem dashboard shows a different number of converted candidates than the detailed view?
If you notice a discrepancy between the dashboard metric and the detailed view (such as 125 candidates shown on the dashboard but zero in the details), try clicking the Run button at the top right of the report. This can help refresh the data and resolve temporary display issues.
If these problems persist, contact Findem Support for further assistance.
