Right Start Analytics is a dashboard built to enable users with the information they need to ensure their team's success through the Findem Talent Sourcing platform. It contains a total of 21 reports centered on two areas of focus:
- User adoption of the platform
- Outcomes associated with user actions
The Right Start Analytics dashboard tracks the adoption and utilization of Findem's tools across the TA team in the first 90 days, including:
- Profiles Viewed
- Inbound Applications Reviewed
- Time to App Review (days)
- Active Candidates
- Sourcing Mix by Hiring Channel: applicants advanced via Inbound Management in addition to Shortlisted Candidates. *Please note - Profile Views are not currently an action tracked to define 'engaged users'. The plan is to address changes to the 'engaged user' definitions in a future release
It is most useful for Talent Acquisition (TA) Leaders and TA Ops managers who have recently adopted Findem.
How Does It Work?
Org admin users have access to the Right Start Analytics dashboard via the main Dashboards menu on the left side of your Findem home screen.
From the main Dashboards page, find Right Start Analytics or search for it in the search bar.
Note: If you're an admin user and cannot see Right Start Analytics, contact the Support team. They can help verify and update your access permissions. Be prepared to provide details about your admin account and the specific analytics you're trying to access.
Read from top-to-bottom, the view begins with a series of filters. The time period filter affects all views in the dashboard. By default the time filter is set to show the last 90 days (3 months) of user activity.
It's important to note that the funnel aggregates data based on when candidates were shortlisted, not when they were contacted.
Data in these views can also be filtered by name of recruiter (or other Findem user), name of Project, and by team hierarchies as-designated by your organization. Work with your CSM to ingest and update your eam's hierarchy information when needed.
The primary content in Right Start Analytics begins one level below the filter pane. The top three views correspond to three performance indicators for the initial phase of Findem implementation - Engaged Users, Time to First Contact, and the volume of candidates contacted by users.
The table below gives a breakdown of each report data point and how it is intended to be read.
