Log in using Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)

Logging in using Multi-factor Authentication for the first time

1. Enter credentials for logging in
2. Scan the QR code via Google Authenticator or Okta Verify
   
   
   
3. Enter the OTP after scanning and click on Verify to proceed.
4. Alternately, click on + on Google Authenticator or Okta Verify to Enter a setup key.
5. Add any account name and enter the displayed secret code in step 2.
6. Select Type of key as Time Based and click Add.
7. Enter the OTP after generated and click on Verify to proceed.

Logging in using Multi-factor Authentication after the first time

1. Enter the OTP via Google Authenticator or Okta Verify and click on Verify to proceed.
   
   
   
2. Please note that the QR code will not be displayed

Logging in using Multi-factor Authentication using GMail

Logging in via GMail which is used for the Findem account would not require OTP and you can access your account directly
