Send Campaign Emails as Threads

Now you can send multiple emails from Findem in a single thread, with each new message added to the same conversation in a candidate's Gmail inbox.

How It Works

NOTE: This feature only works on Gmail accounts. To select this option, choose a Gmail address as the sender and receiver of your campaign.

1. In the campaign's email editor, check the "Send each email as a reply to the thread" box, shown below:
   
   
   
   
2. If the option is disabled, check that you've filled in sender and recipient addresses, and that both are Gmail accounts.
   
   
   
   
3. Once you've finished editing, save your campaign. Emails from this campaign will now be sent as threads, rather than each one starting a new message in the candidate's inbox.
   
   
   
   
   

View Candidates Shared Documents

If a candidate shares any documents in response to your email campaigns, you can now view those documents from the candidate's profile card and enriched profile.

How It Works

1. Candidates who respond to your campaign with email attachments will have a document icon on their profile card.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the icon to view and download the attachment.
3. You can also see the document by visiting the candidate's enriched profile.
