Search using 'Like Profile'

In the Like Profile workflow, add the LinkedIn URL of an Ideal Candidate for the role. Findem will find you more candidates just like them.

How It Works

1. On the Search page, click +New Search.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on Start with Like Profile at the bottom right corner when you have an ideal candidate in mind. 
   
   
3. A pop-up box will appear as shown in the image below. In the first field paste the LinkedIn Profile URL of the ideal candidate and in the second field type the locations. You can include one or more locations. Click Find to run the search.

     

4. Profiles with pre-filled attributes will show up on the Search page.

       

5. Attributes can be further modified according to the desired search. Refer to the article Modifying a search created using Like Profile.
