Auto-Sync Interested Candidates: Greenhouse ATS

If an ICP is linked to a role in Greenhouse ATS, Findem will automatically export any candidate marked as Interested into Greenhouse. 

Note: This only works if the ICP is linked to the role in your ATS. Learn how to Link Search to an ATS Role.

How It Works

1. On the ICP Page, identify the ICP where you want to update the email campaign. Click Shortlisted Candidates to open the shortlist.
   
   
   
   
2. If a candidate has replied positively, mark them as Interested by clicking either the green checkmark (✓) on their profile card OR the Interested button in the candidate's response.

3. Click Export to confirm if you want to export the candidate to your ATS. .
   
   
   
   
4. The Sourcing Highlights section for each exported candidate will display their updated ATS tags.
