Automatically Add Candidates to Campaigns

You can set Findem to automatically add candidates to your campaigns. If they’re in the ICP shortlist and rated 3 stars or above, use this feature so you don’t have to add them manually.
You can set the profile selection policy while Creating or Updating an Email Campaign.
How It Works
- In the campaign editor, you now have the option to select how you wish to Add Future Candidates.
- Choose from:
- Manual - Shortlisted candidates can only be added manually to the campaign.
- Automatically (Minimum 3/4/5 Star Rating) - Shortlisted candidates will be automatically added based on the provided candidates' ratings. (Refer to the Rating & Reviewing Shortlisted Candidates article)
- Click Next to save your campaign.
Fully Automated Sync for Lever ATS

Lever ATS users can now sync with Findem automatically. Just log into both accounts on the same browser and visit the Lever homepage to begin the sync. You can also manually start the background sync with the Findem browser extension.
| Note: Make sure you have the Findem Extension installed and enabled on your browser for the sync to take place. |
How It Works
- Log in to your Findem and Lever accounts on the same browser.
- Visit Lever's Homepage. If the time elapsed since the last sync is more than 24 hours, the sync will automatically begin in the background. You will see notifications of the ongoing sync as shown below.
- It takes about five minutes to completely sync your data between Findem and Lever. If your close either of the tabs during the sync, the sync gets canceled.
- To manually start the syncing process, click the Findem Extension on your browser.
- Click the Sync ATS button to start the sync.
Export Complete Content to Greenhouse ATS

If you use Greenhouse ATS, you can export not just profiles, but also your complete email history with any candidate. A complete list of candidate's details exported from Findem is provided below.

Add an Unsubscribe Link

All emails sent through Findem now include an unsubscribe link by default. You can choose to turn off the unsubscribe links in the email campaign editor.
How It Works
- Open up an existing email campaign or create a new email campaign.
- In the email editor, you now see a new option Add an unsubscribe link to each email.
- Checking this option adds an Unsubscribe link to all your emails, which can be used by the recipient of your emails to unsubscribe from future campaigns of that search.
Archiving Shortlisted Candidates

While removing candidates from the shortlist, you can now choose to archive them. Archived candidates will not appear in the search results or be shortlisted again.
How It Works
- Any candidate removed from the shortlist, by default, will also be archived.
- Uncheck the Archive candidate option if you wish to allow the shortlisting of the same candidate again.
Update: Moved the Remove Candidate button under Rating & Review for easy access.
