Email campaigns can be modified. Be aware that modifying an ongoing campaign will impact all profiles assigned to that campaign.
How It Works
- On the ICP Page, identify the ICP whose email campaign you want to update. Click the Shortlist button under the Actions column next to that ICP.
- From the Active Campaigns dashboard on the Shortlist page, click the name of the campaign you want to revise.
- Click the Edit Mode tab to view and edit to your campaign. To learn about your option in-depth, refer to the Email Customization Options article.
- Once you're finished editing, click the blue Next button. In the window that opens, click the Save button to save your changes to the campaign.
- From now on, any new outgoing emails will incorporate the edits you have made.
