Updated Dashboard for Shortlist Page

The new dashboard on the ICP shortlist page allows you to update your search, update or add new email campaigns, and shortlist more profiles in addition to existing features.
How It Works:
- From the ICP Page, click the "Shortlist" button under the "Actions" of the ICP, for which you wish to edit the email campaign.
- You will see a new dashboard at the top as shown below:
- Click the "Refine Search" button to view or edit your search:
- Click the "Add Candidates" button to shortlist more profiles:
- Click the "Resume" or the "Pause" button under the "Active Campaigns" section to resume or pause your campaigns:
- Click the "Assign Campaign" button to add an email campaign:
- You can edit an existing campaign by clicking the campaign name listed under "Active Campaigns" section:
- Click the button with the "Gear" icon next to the "Assign Campaign" button to open advanced campaign settings available under the previous version:
- You can also view whether a candidate is shortlisted for another ICP or not on the candidate's profile card:
- For ICPs built on the older version, you will see limited options on the dashboard.
Exclude Profile From Email Campaign If Part of Another Campaign

This feature allows a candidate to be reached out via emails from only one email campaign even if you have the same candidate assigned under multiple ongoing email campaigns. This feature is enabled by default on your Findem account.
How It Works:
- A candidate will be removed from all other email campaigns if he is already receiving, or received, emails from an email campaign. On the email campaigns where the candidate is excluded, email campaign status will show:
- To disable this feature for cases you wish to allow outreaches from multiple email campaigns to be sent to the same candidate, uncheck the below-shown option under "ICPs Settings" on the Settings Page and click the "Save Changes" button:
Simplified Active/Inactive ICP Selector

We have tweaked the ICP's active or inactive selector so that it's easier for you to mark and view active & inactive ICPs.
How It Works:
- Go to the ICP page.
- To mark an ICP active/inactive you can:
- Click the "Status" tags directly:
- Click the "..." button on the right-most "Actions" column next to the ICP you wish to make active/inactive and click the "Make Active" or "Make Inactive" button:
- Click the "Status" tags directly:
- You can select the ICP view using the "Active ICPs" dropdown to view only Active ICPs (default options) or view All ICPs
